Music composer Yuvanshankar Raja and director Ameer had already did Ram and Paruthi Veeran to render musical hits. They combined again together for a film titled Yogi.
Interestingly the movie features Ameer as hero and Mathumitha as heroine with Thiruda Thirudi fame Subramania Siva donning the mantle of direction.
Yuvanshankar has composed half-a-dozen tunes for the movie and all of them have reportedly come good.
While Subramania Siva is directing the movie, Ameer is penning the story, screenplay and dialogues. Ameer has denied reports that it is a remake of Mammootty's Malayalam hit Big B.
