‘Sura’ scenes also leaked?

Vijaykanth launches 'Captain TV' logo

Like all top politicians in Tamil Nadu, Vijaykanth Captain TV is going to have his own Tamil television channel which will be managed by his brother-in-law LK Sudhish.



The logo of Captain TV was launched on Jan 14th by the popular actor and DMDK leader Vijaykanth.

L.K. Sudhish, managing director of Captain TV said that the trial telecast will kick-start from March 15 to April 13 while the complete airing of 24hrs will commence from April 14. All the programs are designed to be innovative and interesting. The Channel is broadcasted through INSAT 4B Satellite.

Shriya doing item song in Surya movie

The glam girl of Kollywood Shriya Saran is once again doing an item number in SJ Surya’s Telugu film Puli with Pawan Kalyan.



Remember she did an item number in Vadivel’s Indiralokathil Na Azhagappan a few years back? But in Telugu she is doing an item number for a film for the fifth time. She is reported to be getting a bomb to do this special cameo dance number.

Shriya told: “ I don’t think there is anything wrong in it. I’m dancing to the tune of Academy Award winner AR Rahman in Puli, which has Pawan Kalyan in the lead, Binod Pradhan’s cinematography and Brinda master as choreographer. Mark my words, the song is going to rock.” The film is produced by Singanamala Ramesh.

Soundarya Rajinikanth marrying Ashwin

We all read about Soundarya Rajinikanth marrying Ashwin, a Chennai-based young entrepreneur, soon. But not many of us have the idea on the looks of the Superstar's second son-in-law (except some blur pictures appeared on the media).

An engineering graduate, Ashwin did his higher studies in the United States.

He is currently looking after his father’s construction business. Betrothal for this love-cum-arranged marriage will take place in Chennai on February 17.

Indran has also presented a a brand new BMW car to show his love towards Rambha.

Rambha’s close relatives, friends and film personalities were invited to attend the ceremony at Park Sheraton Hotel, Chennai.

If reports are to be believed then the marriage of Rambha will be held on March 27, 2010 in Tirupathi.

Rambha real name is Vijaya Lakshmi. She had acted in several films that include Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali and Bhojpuri films.

Thala’s ‘ASAL’ to release on February 5 Worldwide

Here’s the greatest happy news for all ‘Thala’ fans. The film ‘ASAL’ has come out extraordinarily well and this was heard straight from the shoulders of those who saw the film recently. The film was slated to hit screens on February 12 and now it’s getting so gleeful to hear that it will get released on February 5.

The film is about a family in France wedged between serious situations and the complete second half is filled with twists and turns when MGR meets Sivaji Ganeshan.

Does it sound quite puzzling and interesting as well? Uh-huh! The actual turning in the film is where both father and son (both played by Ajith Kumar) meet each other.

The censor board officials have passed ‘U/A’ for some slight violent contents with dialogue mutes and will hit the screens on Feb 5. The advertisements for release date will be published from tomorrow and the booking plans will be opened from this Sunday (Jan 31).
